PhD Finishing Fellowships
The BRC Finishing Fellowships were established to provide financial support to PhD students in their final year of their program. Applicants must have been supported by BRC affiliated external research grants for at least three years. Two fellowships per year are awarded. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis with fellowships being awarded as needed. Finishing Fellowship Application

BRC Travel Grants
The Biotechnology Research Center continues to offer travel grants twice during the academic year to assist Michigan Tech undergraduate students, graduate students and post-docs who present their research at national or international conferences. ESC/BRC Graduate Research Forum
The BRC sponsors an annual Graduate Research Forum for graduate and undergraduate students to highlight their research. The Eighth Annual Graduate Research Forum sponsored by the Biotechnology Research Center and the Ecosystem Science Center was held in March, 2012. Seventy-six BRC students both, graduate and undergraduate, submitted abstracts and posters which highlighted their research.
