| Chad Geurtz |
Chad did an independent study with me in the spring of 2007. We worked on developing a model of functional connectivity for a western mouse. We used Geographic Information Systems and a program called FunConn. |

| Erin Brandt |
Erin did an independent study with me in the spring of 2007. We worked on explaining correlated evolution between small molecules in spider venoms and web building behavior. Erin continues her work in the lab this fall where she will construct a phylogenetic supertree for our analyses. |

Dan began work as my trusty DNA extractor and data collector in the summer of 2007. He is currently working on an institutional ranking project in addition to extracting DNA from boreal chorus frogs. |
