The Biology and Culture of Forest Plants Team, US Forest Service Pacific Northwest Research Station, will be hiring 6-8 seasonal employees at the GS-5 level for summer field data collection. Stationed in Corvallis, Oregon, employees will work either on a project evaluating riparian responses to buffer width and upland thinning, or a project evaluating post-fire vegetation succession and fuels loading associated with alternative restoration practices. Please direct the attached outreach notice to interested parties. Thank you (See attached file: ForestryTech5 Outreach_2008.doc) Dr. Paul D.
