Agriculture Director of Marketing is responsible for the overall
marketing and
strategic planning programs, corporate communication, and facilitation
of
client development. Job requirements
include:
- Knowledge of:
- marketing management
- strategic planning practices
- computer applications
- Arkansas farming, forestry,
and agribusiness
- international trade
- farming and agribusiness
associations and leaders
- Ability to:
- develop and administer
marketing program
- focus on principal issues
- plan and administer
marketing operations budget
- oversee electronic
marketing efforts, and
- supervise website design
and maintenance
- Skill:
- in marketing protocol
processes
- to manage and carry-out
decisions
- to communicate with
wide-variety of individuals
- Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in
marketing, business, or communications
